Our study will be limited to the authenticity of telex and messages sent by e-mail, in order to widen the scope of their use in natural and moral transactions for people, which requires their presence to be legally regulated in our Arab legislation, in order to keep pace with this enormous development that we will reach communication messages and information transfer technology in the future.
