Abstract

That the Arab Islamic state whose history extended to more than two centuries, its rise until the emergence of the Turks on the political stage, had reached the strength of its greatness and its political and civilized glory until the coming of the Turks, which gave birth to a dangerous situation in the state, and was followed by the influence of the Daylamites, which was undoubtedly the inevitability of the situation that represented its influence The Turks, in spite of that, the Arab sovereignty did not diminish. Rather, the Arab nation remained the owner of the word, authority and influence, and the source of power and civilization.
The research must address the general features of the Turks in terms of their origin, their homeland, their upbringing, their tribes, the factors of contact with them, their use in the court and the army, and the political effects that were raised on the expansion of their influence in the Abbasid state.
