The study aims at shedding some light on the nature of using the central libraries at the university of technology. It also aims at Evaluating the relation between the users and the librarians as far as the professional morals are concerned. For collecting data, the study uses the method of observing and distributing questionnaire that consist of (11) questions. Similarly, data tables were used to analysis the data. The study comes up with a number of conclusions from which one can notice the importance of founding an accord the regulates profession morals of the librarians.
