Prolonged development means providing individual with certain knowledge and expertise in order to make familiar with useful traditions. Generally speaking , the problem tackled in this study is related to the economic situation in the Arab world. The paper aims at studying the economic, social and political dimensions and their effects on the national economy. Similarly, showing the prolonged development guarantees for the next generations, their shares of the natural recourses particularly in the developing countries.
