Abstract
The study is about the rhetorical arts in the plague Hadith from the pragmatic perspective, and the position of these arts in the speech act theory.The study aims at uncovering the intention of these arts in its context clearing to what extent the subordinate and linguistic context play role in understanding and reaching its pragmatic functions.
