Abstract

Sword has not been the only conclusive factor in achieving victories . But, there have many devices and means which politicians and militias depend on in achieving victory. Diplomacy is one of these means . So The Mamluk State in Egypt those unique military leaders and Wise politicians if them used the sword in apposition and Diplomacy in other position according to the conditions. In spite of hidden hatred and historical enemy Which Byzantine Empire has toward Islamic Arabic Nation since its first establishment and continues for nearly six centuries. Circumstances that have dominated the area required following diplomatic means to keep their benefits Which lead to the raising of diplomatic relationships between them in the age of Mamluk State . And this Would be detailed in the body of this paper .
