Islamic legislation determines the prophetic hadith following the position of the Noble Quran in that they are the originals in the Sharia rulings. Therefore, its specialized scholars have been keen on investigating the correct one from the weak in it. on him . The encouragement of his Sheikh Ishaq bin Rahwayh to his students was an incentive for him to resolve this great effort, so Bukhari spoke about that by saying: the correct .
Sahih Al-Bukhari received the attention of the most prominent scholars of hadith, including Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal and other hadiths who testified to him of absolute authenticity. Imam al-Nawawi (d. 676) says in the introduction to his explanation of Sahih Muslim: (The scholars, may God have mercy on them, agreed that the most authentic books after the Quran are the two Sahih al-Bukhari and Muslim, and the Ummah received them with acceptance, and the book of Bukhari is the most authentic and most useful. He benefits from al-Bukhari and admits that he has no equivalent in the science of hadith, and this is what we mentioned from the preponderance of al-Bukhari is the chosen doctrine that was said by the masses and the people of mastery, cleverness and delving into the secrets of hadith. That is why he came forward to his explanation and a large number of scholars have considered the explanation of Ibn Hajar Shihabuddin Ahmed bin Ali bin Hajar al-Asqalani (-) marked by Fath al-Bari is the most comprehensive and best of them, and it was presented to him in the introduction in two parts, showing its rules and indicating its origins in its collection in ten chapters called (Huda As-Sari). It brought together areas in legislation and language and the weighting between the isnads in terms of documentation And justice or weakness, suspension, discontinuity, etc. In studying it, I wanted to clarify the lines that were taken in the explanation of Sahih al-Bukhari and addressed practical examples of them.
