It is natural that the more the city grows, and the larger our expectation increases, the more social problems that occur in it, including social deviation, each attends with different social problems. As these problems are a tax that society pays for itself due to its progress. Young people are the most important group most in need of care in the city. They are more prone to delinquency than others. Among the deviations they practice, loitering and gathering without justification in the streets, harassing the opposite sex individually or collectively, or chasing young women near their schools. They leave an inappropriate appearance in the city, which offends our civilization and our values, and this was the main motivation for conducting the research. It included a theoretical input, research procedures, data analysis and then recommendations.
