The current study deals with the phonetic features highlighted by Sayed Quttob in his two books: (fi dhilal Al-Quran) and (Al-Tasweer Al-fanii fi AL-Quran).As far as I know Sayed Quttob is the only interpreter who dealt with sound of the Holly Quran . He considers sound with its musical impact as a guideline for all systems, and a source for all linguistic studies. Due to his clear sense, He was able to recognize all that hidden beauty brought by all the perfect sounds following certain procedures which strengthen then the impact of the word, the sentence and the verse
