This research deals with nomadism in Al-Hussein Ibn Muteer Al-Asadis poetry, who lived through Umayyad and Abbasid reign. He was Born around the year (100 a.h.) and died in the year (170 a.h) This paper researches the manifestation of nomadism in Al-Asadid poetry through language and style, description and imaging, and aims and subject matters. Therefore, the necessity of this research methodology needs to divide this paper into two sections. The first section deals with (aspects of nomadism in Al-Hussein Ibn Muteer poetry) through studying his poetic aims which is dominated by the nature of nomadism such as description, philandering, nostalgia and lamentation.The second section is designated to study (the manifestation of nomadism on Al-Hussein Ibn Muteers Poetry), thus nomadism nature and life style has influences and reflections on his poetry. These influences and reflections are very clearly manifested in three matters: his poetry devoid of the purpose satire, his collection of poems devoid of political poems, and the loss of his poems and obscurity.This research comes to conclusion that nomadism is prominent manifestation of Al-Hussein Ibn Muteers poetry and that Al-Muteer was a poet who was imbued body and soul, language and style, and description and imaging with nomadism.
