Abstract

The development of higher-order thinking skills is one of the priority goals that educational institutions that is sought to be achieved for learners Therefore, it harnesses all its energies to enable learners to be able to consciously deal with all life circumstances surrounding them by developing their abilities and skills to think. Accordingly, the research aimed to build an educational program based on Guilford's theory to develop higher-order thinking skills among primary school teachers. To achieve the goal of the research, the two researchers built an educational program based on Guilford's theory consisting of (10) lessons. The apparent validity of the educational program was extracted, and a set of recommendations and proposals were developed. order thinking skills
