Submitting the absence of the administrative work in the cancellation lawsuit - a comparative study

Abstract
The issuance of the final decision is one of the conditions that must be met in the cancellation lawsuit. Therefore, the judiciary can reject the cancellation lawsuit if it is directed to an infinite decision, but there is a range of decisions that can be appealed because of its arrangement having a legal effect against the stakeholder despite the failure to issue the final decision, as these decisions are binding For management, then the stakeholder can file an appeal to cancel it, and it is not valid to not accept the appeal against it before the administrative court.
