Apeals and Compliants
-The following procedures apply to appeals related to editorial decisions, complaints about procedural failures such as prolonged delays in processing manuscripts, and complaints related to publication ethics. The complaint should initially be addressed by the editor-in-chief of the journal and/or the editor who handled the manuscript. If these individuals are the subject of the complaint, please contact the relevant publishing entity within the institution.
