Abstract

When we study the ancient civilization of Iraq, we notice the cultural and scientific progression, during the ancient period until reaching the development in the late eras, was very active.A group of masterly professionals in their professions were originated from the ancient society, similarly from the inscribed tables that they left, we learned that they have been created them for the citizens to whom seek benefit.The research is about the Iraqi philosophy of the cultural concept in ancient Mesopotamia.
