This paper is scientific innovative attempt in the field of Anthropology. It highlights the sequence of the American culture in affecting on the mental and cultural structure of Iraqi society in the wake of the American invasion of Iraq in April 2003. it aims at understanding the mechanism of inculcating the occupational culture in the mind of the Iraqis. From practical perspective, this study can be regarded as an early warning of the dangerous effects of the cultural change.
