Abstract

The current study investigates the concept of informatic marketing. This concept relies on studying the users desires and needs so that they to be meet. These needs are like (indexes ,bibliographies, abstracts. etc). The study comes up with the conclusion that there is potential capabilities whereby the services can be offered provided that there is the qualified staff that employed positively. A good example of such kind is the central library at the TechnicalUniversity.
