Abstract

The wind transmits heat and humidity, and is an important important regulator of the atmosphere, and affects the determination of many climatic characteristics, so the researcher should not study it as an independent element, but rather it must be linked to the climate elements (air temperature and humidity) to find the limits of human comfort and its sense of the harshness of winter and the stress of summer. . This research aims to measure the capacity of the cooling wind when the air temperature rates are lower than the surface temperatures of the human skin, and then measure the degree of human sense of it in Iraq through three axes: 1 - Finding the cooling wind capacity and the degree of human sense of it based on wind speed and temperature levels. - Find the cooling wind capacity and the degree of human sense of it based on wind speed rates and night temperatures .. 3- Finding the cooling capacity of the wind and the degree of human sense of it based on the rates of wind speed and daytime temperatures.
