Ruling on joining network marketing companies A Jurisprudential study
Abstract
The idea of network marketing appeared in the first quarter of the twentieth century in the western countries, then hundreds of companies that use network marketing as a way to market their products stocks , and after that these companies moved to Islamic countries, and the opinions of fatwa committees and contemporary scholars differed regarding joining them, between permissible and forbidden. This research confronted to clarify the subject of the conflict, and to liberate and root the issue, by conveying the views of contemporaries, while extrapolating its evidence and discussions, to reach a stronger opinion, evidence and explanation, and closer to the purposes of Sharia and the interests of creation.
