Obstacles Facing the Freelance Work Under the Present Circumstances : A field Study in Mosul City
Abstract
This study explore the obstacles that hinder the work of those working outside governmental establishments after the occupation of Iraq by the American forces. The study reveals and diagnoses a group of security, professional and economical obstacles that retard the freelance work and consequently impose a social effects before the workers, as well as their effects on the developmental process. The study depends on the social surveying by taking a random samples.
